Hives are sited in low-traffic, controlled-access areas — rooftops, back-of-house gardens, and landscaped buffer zones — chosen specifically to keep bees away from guest walkways and pool areas.

Every hive is maintained by a trained beekeeper on a regular schedule. You never need to task hotel staff with hive care.

Every hive placement is designed around your property's specific insurance and risk requirements from day one. Before installation, we work directly with your team to structure coverage and hive placement in a way that satisfies your property's standards, so this is never an afterthought.

Guests never have direct or unsupervised access to the hives themselves. Instead, the guest-facing side of the program lives in the honey: curated tastings that explore Hawaiʻi's terroir, how microclimate and local flora shape flavor from property to property, and how that story shows up on your menu or bar program. It's an experience built around the honey, not the hive.
